Join us for a daily morning practice group to strengthen your inner reserves and begin or expand the habit of checking in with your core self. Diane Hilleary will guide the meditations, combining elements from Mindful Self-Compassion, Internal Family Systems and Shamanic energy healing. Through this daily practice group you will improve your ability to

Practicing mindfulness, self-kindness, and gratitude daily is transformative. We know that research shows that these practices will help us find more ease and resilience AND YET we aren’t practicing regularly. Tune Into You will offer you a chance to begin your day by checking in with yourself, grounding and clearing your energy, noticing your needs, and being more intentional about honoring them and meeting them. Together we will create a space for you to breathe, settle, and connect with encouragement, structure, and community.
Let’s meet together daily Monday through Friday and practice deeper attunement and care for ourselves. The truth is the more we care for our own nervous system and unmet needs, the more we have to offer our people.
