1-Hour Introduction To Mindful Self-Compassion Workshop
In this free 1 hour workshop, Diane Hilleary will provide an introduction to Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC). She will review the three components of MSC and the science and physiology of how MSC helps to regulate your nervous system and reduce burnout and caregiver fatigue. You will have the opportunity to practice MSC tools that you can use in daily life following the workshop.
