Diane Hilleary will lead a 20+ minute guided meditation with different prompts and skills including grounding, energy clearing, self-compassion, tending to emotions, working with thoughts, gratitude, working with judgments, radical acceptance and so much more. After each practice, the group debriefs for 10-15 minutes. There is a strong feeling of warmth and support among group members! We meet Mondays from 8:30am - 9:15am EST. The practice will be recorded and shared for you to use throughout the week. There is a second optional meeting on Fridays from 8:30-9:15am.
